Ken Hoyt Law – COVID Update

We are constantly reviewing our processes to ensure that we comply with the recommendations of the Canadian Public Health authorities for the protection of our staff, our clients, and our community as the situation with COVID-19 continues to develop. We will remain open as an essential service. Over the past year, we have worked quickly and carefully to establish a collaborative workplace environment that ensures safety and excellent client service. We are continuing to track the situation closely and will provide updates, as necessary.

Virtual Meetings

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 Pandemic, Ken Hoyt Law has been holding Virtual Meetings via Zoom for the safety of your family and ours. Zoom can be accessed through your web browser, phone app, or can be downloaded to your PC. For your scheduled Zoom meeting, you need to use a device with a camera (smartphone or webcam) in order for your lawyer to verify your identity and to commission your affidavits.

Sending and receiving information and documents over the servers/cloud safely and securely.

Collaborative Workplace

Our staff is working remotely and on site to prioritize your safely and ours during these challenging times. Currently, we are using Zoom for client meetings, however, meetings are available on-site with an appointment. Kindly note that effective immediately if you are attending at the office you must wear a mask that securely covers the nose, mouth, and chin.
